摘　　要：通过分析知识产权在 WTO中的重要地位和我国现行的知识产权法律保护制度与 WTO《知识产权协定》(TRIPS)的差距 ,从知识产权立法和知识产权司法保护等五个方面提出了加入 WTO后 ,我国知识产权法律保护制度创新和完善的建议。By analyzing the importance of intellectual property in WTO and the gap between current law protection system of intellectual property and WTO TRIPS in our country, this paper puts forward that after entering WTO, China should innovate and perfect the law protection system of intellectual property from five aspects, such as law making and judicature protection of intellectual property an so on.
