关于储蓄存款实名制的探讨

摘　　要：结合我国颁布的《个人存款帐户实名制规定》和相关国情 ,阐明了存款实名制的内涵和发展 ,较系统地论证了我国实行存款实名制的必要性和可行性。对我国实行个人存款实名制提出了较有见解的构想 ,特别对充分发挥其人性化功能提出了很好的可行性意见。文章对我国实施存款实名制的现状进行了较为深入、客观的剖析 。According to the Rules of Personal Account for Deposit with Real Name and the situation in China, this paper expounds the content and development of deposit with real name, and discusses systematically the necessity and feasibility to implement it in saving. It also puts forward some advisable ideas about the implementation, esp. how to develop completely its characteristics of humanization. It dissects thoroughly and objectively the present situation, benefit, shortcomings, and potential risk of the implement. Based on the above mentioned ideas, it provides some suggestions aiming at formulating and improving the macro management and micro operation of the account for deposit with real name.
