摘  要:抽水蓄能电站拦污栅的运行条件比常规水电站要恶劣得多,拦污栅破坏的机率也更高,研究不同体型栅叶的振动响应规律对拦污栅体型设计和拦污栅的安全运行具有十分重要的意义。本文在Nguyen等人研究成果的基础上,实验研究了长宽比为8的不同形状前后缘栅叶的振动响应特性,研究表明栅叶前后缘形状是影响栅叶振动强弱的主要因素,大倒角栅叶(接近流线型栅叶)既有较好的振动响应特性,又有很好的局部阻力特性,因此在拦污栅体型设计中应优先采用。The operational condition for trash-racks in pumped storage power stations is more complex than that for ordinary power stations. The trash-racks have more possibilities of being damaged in pumped storage power stations. The study of vibration response with different shapes of trash-rack would be very important for proper design and safe operation of trash-racks. An experimental study on trash-racks with a fixed length-to-width ratio of 8:1 but different cross-sections was carried out based on the study of Nguyen et al. It was shown that the key factor affecting the vibration response of trash-racks was the leading and trailing edges. The trash-racks with quasi-streamlined leading and trailing edges (with big chamfer) had not only good vibration response characteristics but also small hydraulic resistance. Thus the trash-racks with quasi-streamlined leading and trailing edges were recommended for designing trash-racks.
