摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合介入治疗下肢动脉闭塞性血管病变的应用价值。方法:收集有明确临床症状体征,并经血管造影证实的下肢动脉闭塞性血管病变18例,施行介入插管溶栓、球囊导管扩张成形,并联合应用中西药内服外敷。采用自行设计的治疗效果量化测量表,将临床表现及影像学等观测指标转化为分值,进行量化判定。量化分值降低50％以上为显效;降低15％以上为有效;降低15％或以下为无效。结果:治疗后显效16例(88.9％),有效1例(5.6％),无效1例(5.6％)。未出现严重并发症。结论:中西医结合介入治疗方法对下肢动脉闭塞性血管病变有良效,结合中医辨证论治可以增强疗效。Objective: To explore the value of interventional therapy combining with TCM and western medicine in the treatment of lower limb arterial occlusive diseases.Methods: 18 patients had definite symptoms and clinical signs. All of the diagnoses were conformed by angiography. All cases were accepted with catheter - directed thrombolysis and balloon angioplasty. After interventional therapy, all cases were adopted systemic Chinese medicinal treatment. The clinical and image indexes were converted to scores by means of a measure form designed by authors. When the score was decreased over 50%, the effect was apparently valid, while over 15%, valid; 15% or lower, invalid. Result: After treatment, 16 cases(88.9%)were apparently valid; 1 case(5.6%)valid; 1 case(5.6%)invalid. No case showed serious complication. Conclusion: Interventional therapy with combination of TCM and western medicine has good effect on lower limb arterial occlusive diseases. With the combination of the principle of treatment according to syndrome differentiation of TCM, multitherapy can improve effect.
