祛黄Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号片与苦黄治疗黄疸型肝炎的对照研究

摘　　要：目的研究祛黄Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号片对黄疸型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将186例黄疸型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组按辨证的不同分别予以祛黄Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号片治疗,对照组予以苦黄治疗,并将治疗组与对照组的症状及肝功能(丙氨酸转氨酶及总胆红素)的疗效比较,结果进行统计学处理。结果治疗组的总有效率为90.2%,对照组总有效率为83.33%,两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论祛黄Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号片辨证的治疗黄疸型肝炎,疗效显著,价格便宜,服用方便,利于推广。OBJECTIVE To study the Clinical effect of QuhuangⅠ , QuhuangⅡ, QuhuangⅢ in patients with icteric hepatitis. METHODS 186 icteric hepatitis patients divided randomly to treatment group or control group. In treatment group, patients were treated with Quhuang Ⅰ , Quhuang Ⅱor QuhuangⅢ, respectively. In control group, patients were treated with Kuhuang.The symptoms and liver functions(ALT, Total Bilirubin) were compared, The results were analysed statistically. RESULTS In treatment group, the total efficiency ratio was 90.2% , In control group,it was 83.33% . There were not different statistically in two groups(p < 0.05) . CONCLUSION Treating the icteric hepatitis patients with QuhuangⅠ, QuhuangⅡor Quhuang Ⅲ had good curative effect. Quhuang Ⅰ , Quhuang Ⅱand Quhuang Ⅲ were inexpensive,took conveniently, popularized easily.
