绝经后妇女脊椎压缩性骨折对身高及运动能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨绝经后脊柱压缩性骨折对身高及运动能力的影响。方法随机取样 50～ 89岁的绝经妇女，楔形指数≤ 0.8为压缩骨折 (骨折组 )80例，按年龄、体重与未骨折人群 1： 3配对 (对照组 )。结果骨折组身高、步行速度、双手握力、垂直跳高、前伸实验、单腿站立均明显劣于对照组 (P均 < 0.05),坐立试验及不能下蹬者显著多于对照组 (P均 < 0.05)。结论绝经后妇女脊椎压缩性骨折是其变矮原因之一，骨折患者行走速度、平衡功能、肌肉力量明显下降，严重影响老年妇女的健康生存质量。Objective To study the effect of vertebral compression fractures on height and moving ability in postmenopausal women. Method Postmenopausal women aged 50～ 89 year were randomly selected as study subjects.Comparision fracture was determined if cuneform index (anterior border/ posterior border of corpus vertebrae) was less than 0.8.The number of patients in study group was 1/3 of that in control group matched with age and height. Result Height of observed group were significant lower than that of control group (P< 0.01). Some items of observed group, such as grips of both hands, upright jumping, distance of arm extending and time of single－ legged standing with no sight were significantly lower than those of the control group (P< 0.01). The other items, Such as sitting down and up in series for five times,the prevalence rate that it couldn't went down, were significantly higher than those of control group (P< 0.01). Conclusion The disease of vertebral compression fractures reduces height, the speed of walking the strength of muscle and ability of walking and balance were weaker in postmenopausal women and it affected severely quality of life.
