不同海拔环境集训激素水平与心身疲劳的关系

摘  要:目的 观察某特种兵集训分队在海拔1 570m环境体能集训一个周期后,转入海岸环境进行生存适应性训练一个周期并急进1 250 m后血中睾酮(T)、生长素(HGH)、皮质醇(Cort)、铁蛋白(SF)和睾酮/皮质醇比值(T/C)的变化及其与疲劳的关系。方法使用放射免疫分析法进行检测分析血中激素等指标,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试疲劳状态。结果海岸训练后T、HGH、Cort、SF呈下降趋势有显著性差异(P< 0.01),T/C也呈下降趋势但无统计学意义(P >0.05)。进入海岸环境训练后SCL-90各项因子分下降(P< 0.01),随海拔梯度变化呈现凹字形变化。结论从高海拔转入低海拔集训初期可以有效改善心身疲劳,后期体内性激素水平等逐步下降又出现新的疲劳周期,尤以返回高海拔初期的低激素水平、高躯体化症状分值期最为明显,是躯体疲劳的重要标致之一。:Objective To observe the changes of blood teststerone(T), human growth hormone (HGH), cortisol(Cort), serum ferritn (SF),the specific value teststerone /cortisol(T/C) and the correlation between their changes and fatigue, which will be given to a group of special soldiers who at diffenent altitude of 1 570 ms.Method To test and analyse the indexes of blood hormone etc. Result After the coastal training, the indexes of T, HGH, Cort and SF show decline and significance of difference (P< 0.01).Conclusion The psychosomatic fatigue can be improved effectively at the initial stage of training from altitude area to coastal area and in the later stage training, hormene level and other levels fall gradually,a new fatigue cycle comes, which is significant .This is the significant mark of somatic fatigue.
