扶正中药配合导引运动提高肺癌患者生存质量的研究

摘　　要：目的观察扶正中药配合导引运动对提高肺癌患者生存质量 (QOL)的作用。方法 60例肺癌化疗患者，随机分为两组， A组 (治疗组 )30例化疗同时给以扶正中药并配合导引运动疗法， B组 (对照组 )30例给以单纯化疗治疗。分别评价两组患者治疗前后的 QOL。结果在提高生存质量方面 A组优于 B组 (P< 0.05)。结论中药配合导引运动可以提高肺癌患者的 QOL。Objective To obverve the effect of improving Lung cancer patients QOL with supporting right Chinese medicine and having conduction sports. Methods A total of 60 cases to be devided into two groups. Group A (being treated) tried the method of chemotherapy, supporting right Chinese medicine and having conduction sports while Group B( being contrasted) tried chemotherapy only. Then separately evaluate their QOL before and after treatment. Results A is superior to those of B in the respect of living quality (P< 0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine and having conduction sports can improve the Lung cancer patients QOL.
