摘 要:目的研究颅脑伤后大鼠脑组织一氧化氮NitricOxideNO和一氧化氮合酶NitricOxideSynthaseNOS水平变化及针刺的治疗作用。方法采用自由落体致伤模型,将SD大鼠分成正常组、模型组和针刺组,分别测定各组大鼠海马和皮质中NO及NOS含量,观察针刺对其产生的影响。结果颅脑伤大鼠海马和皮质NO及NOS水平均显著升高,而针刺后其水平则明显降低。结论NO和NOS参与了颅脑伤病理损伤机制,针刺可以通过降低大鼠脑组织NO和NOS酶的水平而起到治疗作用。Objective To study the changes of nitric oxide(NO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in encephalic tissue of rat after tra u-matic brain injury and the therapeut ic effect of acupuncture.Method An experimental model of brain injur y made by free -falling object was adopted.Sprague -Dawley rats were d ivided into normal group,model group and acupuncture group.The levels of NO and NOS in hippocampus and cerebral cortex were determined in the three groups.The changes of NO and NOS after traumatic brain injury and the effects of acupuncture on them were observed.Result The levels of NO and NOS in hippocampus and cerebral cortex of rats were increased significantly after traumatic brain injury,and they reduced obviously after therapy by acupuncture.Conclusion NO and NOS are concerned with the path ologic damaging mechanism of traumatic bra in injury.Acupuncture takes a thera peutic effect by reducing the levels of NO and NOS in encephalic tissue of rat.
