硬膜外注射治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨硬膜外注射对急性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将 60例急性腰椎间盘突出 患者随机分为硬膜外注射组 30例和常规治疗组 30例，治疗前及治疗后 1 d、 1周及出院前应用目测类比定级法 (VAS)对疼痛进行评估，治疗前后应用腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表对腰椎功能状态进行临床评定。结果硬膜外注射即时止痛效果明显，疗效显著，治疗优良率占 83. 4％，平均改善指数及改善率均高于常规组，并可明显缩短住院时间。结论硬膜外注射对急 性腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床疗效。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of peridural injection on a cute lumbar discherniation.Method 60 cases of acute lumbar disc herniation were divided into the peridural injection treatment group 30 cases and the traditiona l treatment group 30 cases.The clinical symptoms and signs were assessed before and after treatment.Result The peridural injection can restrain pain rapidly and shorten the period of treatment.The eminent rates were 83.4％ .The index and ra te in improvement and efficiency of peridural injection group is higher than tra ditional group.The course of treatment in hospital in peridural injection group is shorter than that in traditional group.Conclusion The peridural injection has preferable clinical curative effect to acute lumbar disc herniation.
