摘  要:目的探讨自身骨泥有无骨诱导活性及对长管状骨缺损修复的影响。方法22只兔骨泥股部肌肉内植入,24只兔做桡骨缺损模型,一侧骨泥回植、对侧空白对照;2周做ECT检查,术后不同时间取材摄X线片并做组织学检查及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)测定。结果肌袋植入侧1周软骨生长,3周网织骨形成;ALP水平2周最高;骨缺损骨泥植骨侧术后12周出现皮质骨及成熟的骨髓组织。对照侧骨不连形成。术后2周ECT检查,植骨侧的放射性计数明显高于对侧(P< 0.05)。结论长管状骨内固定产生的自身骨泥具有诱导成骨活性,可做为植骨材料。Objective To investigate the osteogenesis of the autogenous bone dust produced by drilling in the diaphysis or metaphysis of a long bone before internal fixation with plates and to repair segmental bone defect with the composite of the autogenous bone dust.Method The bone dust was implanted into the thigh muscle pouches of the rabbits or the bone defects produced in the rabbit radii. Radiographic and histological analysis were performed at different time intervals. The implanted muscles and defects were examined by single photo emission computed tomography (SPECT) at 2 weeks. Result Cartilage was found at 1 week after the autogenous bone dust was implanted into the thigh muscles of rabbits and the rabbit radii defects. Bone formation was found at 3 weeks. The activity of ALP reached the peak at 2 weeks. There was significant deference in the uptake of 99m%--MDP between the implanted sides and the contralateral normal sides at the same area (P< 0.05). Conclusion The autogenous bone dust has the ability of osteoinduction and can be used effectively to repair segmental bone defects.
