摘　　要：目的了解脊椎压缩性骨折对身体体格的影响。方法采用分层多阶段整群抽样方法对我国四个地区部分50岁及以上的男女人群共3036例进行问卷调查和临床检查。结果脊椎压缩性骨折病人共330例,总患病率为10.87%,其中男性10.11%,女性11.58%,无显著性差异;比较骨折组与非骨折组的各项体格检查能否完成,无论男性还是女性,两组均无显著性差异,比较完成程度,男性两组前伸试验长度、膝高有显著性差异(P<0.05),女性两组平时走路时间、膝高及闭眼单脚站立试验时间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论脊椎压缩性骨折对于完成各项身体运动无明显影响,但对于完成各项身体运动的程度有一定影响。Objective To learn the influence of the vertebral fracture on the body.Method Questionnaire and clinical examination were surveyed from 3306 people aged above 50 years old in four administrative areas in China, by the stratified-multi-steps-cluster sampling method. Result The total prevalence rate of vertebral fracture was 10.87% and the male was 10.11%, the female was 11.58%, there was no significant difference between the male and the female. Comparing the physical examinations of the patients with vertebral fracture with the non-patients, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).Comparing the degree to complete above examinations.we can find that there were significant differences between the two groups of the male[the length of stretching forward and the high of knee(P< 0.05)]and the female[the high of knee,the time of walking and standing with one foot and closing the eyes(P< 0.01)].Conclusion The vertebral fracture has no significant effect on the body's exercise, but it has effect on the degree of the body's exercise.
