自制脊柱外固定支具在胸腰椎压缩骨折康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制脊柱外固定支具在胸腰椎压缩性骨折康复过程中的作用。方法自行研制脊柱外固定支具,应用该支具治疗32例压缩性骨折,并对临床效果进行综合评价。结果应用支具后3～7d疼痛明显缓解28例(87.5%)。骨折复位优19例,良11例,差2例。23例(71%)恢复原工作。结论自制的脊柱外固定支具有良好的维持骨折稳定的作用,可明显缓解疼痛,缩短卧床时间,减少并发症的发生。对于压缩超过1/2以上者,配戴支具可限制活动和缓解疼痛,但复位效果较差。Objective To investigate the effect of the spinal orthosis on the treatment of the thoracolumbar fractures.Method The spinal orthosis was designed and prepared and used for thirty-two patients who had the thoracolumbar fractures.The clinical results were evaluated .Result The pain in twenty-eight patients was eased obviously after the treatment within three days to seven days.The reduction of the fracture was excellent in nineteen patients,good in eleven and poor in two.Twentythree(71%)patients returned to the former job.Conclusion The spinal orthosis could keep the stability of the fracture and ease the pain.So the patients could take the exercise earlier and the complications of the fracture could be reduced.However the effect of reduction of the fracture was not satisfied when the fracture was serious.
