摘 要:目的研究胚胎无瘢痕愈合的调控机理。方法应用人胚皮肤培养成纤维细胞,并设成人正常皮肤和增殖性瘢痕组成纤维细胞为对照,观测其细胞形态及生长动力学指标。结果与成人成纤维细胞相比,胎儿成纤维细胞细胞有生长速度快、分裂指数高,DNA合成迅速和旺盛的特点(P均<0.05)。结论胎儿成纤维细胞的生长动力学特性,可能是构成胎儿无瘢痕愈合的内在机制之一。其高度的增殖代谢能力也可能是胎儿创伤迅速愈合的原因。Objective To investigate the mechanism of fetal scarless healing.Method The fibroblasts from human fetal skin,adult foreskin,hypertrophic scar were cultured in vitro and their growth property were compared by DNA synthesis determining, cell growth curve drawing, cell morphology observing and so on.Result Fetal fibroblasts had the characters such as fast growing rate,high mitosis index and rapidly and strong DNA synthesis.There was statistical difference between fetal and adult fibroblasts.(P< 0.05 or P< 0.01).Conclusion The finding suggested that fetal fibroblasts had the high capability of proliferation and metabolization,which maybe one of the reasons underlying rapidly wound healing in fetus.
