摘  要:目的探讨胶原修饰松质骨载体表面,与成骨细胞复合进行异体肌腱移植的效果及其临床应用价值。方法新鲜牛松质骨经脱脂、H2O2浸渍及部分脱钙处理,制成去抗原块型牛松质骨载体(Antigen-extractedMassiveBovineCancellousBoneCarrer,MBC)。载体表面经胶原处理后,与兔骨膜成骨细胞复合后体外共同培养,4周后将复合材料进行异体肌腱移植,并分别于2、4周后取材,行组织学HE染色观察。结果2周后,复合材料表面及孔内有了成骨组织细胞粘附生长,材料周围可见大量软骨细胞分化,同时有大量的间充质细胞聚集;4周时可见有新骨小梁成熟,成小岛状分布;MBC部分降解,但在新骨中仍能见到残留体。结论MBC载体表面经胶原处理后与成骨细胞的生物相容性更强,显示出了良好的骨诱导性和成骨活性及生物可降解性。Objective Make up surface of MBC with collagen, increase MBC histocompatibility,and compound the cultured rabbit osteoblasts to MBC in vitro,transplant this trager to muscle,to study the efficacy.Method The cattle cancellus bone were degreased, macerated by H2O2 and decalcified to form MBC vector, surface of which was make up with collagen, then the cultured rabbit osteoblasts were combined to MBC in vitro.4 weeks later,transplant this trager to muscle.2,4 weeks later, the compound materials were observed by histological process. Result On second week, the cells grew in the surface of MBC,chondrocyte differentiation around MBC and also beholded mesenchyma aggregation; on fourth week, new bone trabecula matured as islet.Part of MBC have degradation,but still to remain little. Compare group did not have the phenomena.Conclusion After the surface of the MBC make up with collagen, the MBC have good histocompatibility with the osteoblasts.This materials have fine osteoconduction disposition and degradation nature , have extensive utilize in clinical.
