紫外光固化涂料用环氧丙烯酸酯的研究

摘　　要：以环氧树脂和丙烯酸为原料 ,合成了紫外光固化的环氧丙烯酸酯的齐聚物 ,研究了反应时间 ,催化剂的选择与加入量对反应速度和产物性能的影响 ;同时也测定了不同类型的光敏剂对环氧丙烯酸酯齐聚物的光固化速度 ,筛选了一种合适的光固化体系 ,并且用IR表征了环氧树脂与丙烯酸的混合物 。Acrylated epoxy oligomer used for UV curing was synthesized by reaction of epoxy resin with acrylic acid. The reaction velocity and some properties of acrylated epoxy oligomer were also studied. Structure features on mixtures of epoxy resin and acylic acid, acrylated expoxy oligomer and UV curable acrylated expoxy oligomer were determined by IR spectrometer. The curing rate of acrylated expoxy oligomer in the present of different type photosensitive reagent were measured.
