摘　　要：随着经济全球化的发展，企业急需高档次的财务管理软件，企业资源规化系统（简称ＥＲＰ）软件是首选产品。本文从分析管理软件市场入手，详细阐述了我国ＥＲＰ软件的开发和使用所面临的严峻现实和发展契机，提出了我国ＥＲＰ软件的开发和使用的有效途径。With the development of the global economy ,art enterprise is in urgent need of an first ?class software administering its financial at- fairs.
