摘　　要：探讨了模糊综合评判方法在企业信用决策中的应用。该方法通过对客户信用调查得到一个模糊判断矩阵R,考虑到各影响因素的权重得到模糊综合评判B,对B作归一化处理和阈值选择,最后确定出客户信用等级,以此指导企业促销活动。该方法的引入,为企业做好客户信用评估工作,加强营销管理,以实现最佳经济效益提供了一种新的实用工具和科学尺度。This paper discusses the application of the indistinctive integrate judgment in the enterprise credit judgment.And by this,it can offer a kind of new practical tool and scientific ruler for things like assessing customers' credit for the enterprise and strengthening marketing management in order to realize the best economic benefits.
