摘  要:石西油田石南4井区由于地层压力低,储层物性差加上油藏前期注水未跟上,地层能量得不到及时补充,造成地层能量亏空,部分井地层出砂、压裂改造后油层回吐压裂砂填埋油层,导致修井作业冲砂返不出的难题。针对这一难题就低压深井清砂工艺技术方面的问题进行了科学的论证与研究,摸索出了解决低压深井清砂工艺技术,应用捞砂泵对常规冲砂不出的井成功的进行了捞砂作业,对该区的产能建设以及油层保护起到了一定的作用。For low formation pressure, bad reservoir physical property and delay of water injection at early time of the 4th well region in Shinan of Shixi oilfield, it is of formation power not being compensated timely that causing its shortfall. Formation of some wells produces sand and back producing fracture sand at postfrac fills oil layer to bring about the problem of washing sand being unflow back. To this problem, scientific demonstration and study about clean sand tech for low pressure deep well is conducted and a method to resolve it is tried to find out which is used in extraction sand operation successfully and has a role to protect oil layer for production structure of this region.
