摘  要:莫北油气田储层层内非均质性较为严重,固井质量较差,经过长时期的开采,使注入水及边水沿高渗透层区不均匀推进,油田开发进入了高含水时期。需进行管外及层间的封串施工。在以往的二次固井施工出现几口井的大修事故,从中吸取经验教训,将这些经验应用到现场的施工中取得了良好的效果,并将此类施工进行总结,为今后的施工作业提供可靠的理论依据,避免类似事故再次发生。For Mobei oil-gas field, internal nonhomogeneity is very serious, and cementation quality of wells is poor. After long time development, injected water and edge water go forward unevenly, and the development goes into high water cut stage, plugging outside casing channeling and interzonal channeling is very necessary. Some overhaul accidents occurred during former secondary cementing, good effect is gained by taking warning from accidents and applying experiences into operation. Summarizing these overhaul operation processes can provide reliable theory foundation for same operation in future and prevent same overhaul accidents.
