摘　　要：新《婚姻法》的进步突出表现在吸收了市场经济的精神,引入了责任机制,强化了法律对婚姻关系的监控力度并在婚姻财产问题上注入了一定的私法精神。但对照二十多年来我国社会的变化,新《婚姻法》的进步还是有限的。The progress of new 'marriage law' lies in its assimilation of the spirits of marketoriented economy. the introduction of mechanism of duty,the stress of the supervision of the marriage relationship and the legislative spirit in property. But compared with the changes in the twenty years, the progress of new 'marriage law 'has its limitations.
