摘　　要：权力滥用和制度上的缺陷是导致当前权力腐败现象的主要原因,因此,根治腐败必须要有健全和完善的反腐败的法律制度来保障。抓好法律制度的落实工作是反腐败斗争的关键一环。The power abuse and defect in System are the leading causes of the phenomen a of current power corruption,So.the legal systems of anti-corruption must be improved and pesfeeted to elimilate corruption. Grasping the work of fulfilling the legal systems is the key link of anti-corruption struggle.
