我国农业财政投入的行为选择

摘　　要：在财政支援农业支出中,直接投资于农业经济建设并形成一定积累获得经济效益和社会效益的部分,属于农业财政投入。遵循世界贸易组织规则,我国农业财政投入主要在“绿箱”措施范围内进行,暂不考虑出口补贴和“蓝箱”措施。应关注“黄箱”措施在这一行为选择下重点发挥农业财政投入在农业发展中的功能。In the output of financial support agriculture, the part which was directly invested in the economic construction, and formed some accumultion and obtained economic and social profits belongs to agricultural financial input. Abidng by the rules of WTO, our agricultural financial input is carried out mainly within the range of 'green case', without the consideration of export subsidy and 'blue case' measure. Attention should be paid to 'yellow case'measure and give full play to function of agricultural financial input in agricultural development.
