摘　　要：农村剩余劳动力转移问题是我国现代化进程中凸显出来的一个重要问题 ,同时也与“三农”问题息息相关。调整农业产业结构、扩大劳务输出、加快城镇化建设。The transformation of surplus labor in countryside is an important problem arisen in the process of our modernization, it is also closely linked with “three farmers”. The important measures to be taken are as follows: regulate agricultural industry structure, expand the output of labors, speed up the establishment of towns, and develop private-owned economy.
