摘　　要：中美贸易逆差数额争议主要产生在两国的进出口统计的差异,其中原产地规则的采用是一个重要因素。随着世界经济发展和经济格局的巨大变化,现行的原产地规则已经不能满足国际贸易发展的需要。The dispute of the adverse balance of trade between China and America mainly lies in the statistic gap between export and import of the two countries, among which the adoption of regulations of the country of origin is an important factor. With the develpment of world economy and the great change of economic pattern, the present-day regulations of the country of origin can not meet the needs of international trade development.
