摘　　要：作为当今最具影响力的语言学理论 ,TG理论与结构主义思潮的关系可谓复杂而又微妙 :从语言学角度看 ,它实现了对美国结构主义描写语言学的反动 ,完成了语言学史上的一次革命 ;但从哲学方法论的角度看 。This paper presents the complicated relationship between TG theory and structuralism. As a linguistic revolution, TG theory drastically opposes the linguistic philosophy of American Structuralist Descriptive Linguistics. But examined from the view of philosophical methodology, it still bears the philosophical traits of structuralism.
