摘　　要：对21世纪微电子技术的发展趋势做了分析与展望,认为以硅为基础的微电子产业在本世纪仍将保持高速发展的趋势,21世纪将是我国微电子产业的黄金时代。The tendency and prospect of microelectronic technology in 21th century is discussed in this pa-per.The microelectronic industry b ased on silion will be developed rapi dly in this century.The 21th century will be a golden-ages of microelectronic induslry in China.
