直流燃烧器锅炉水冷壁磨损原因及防止措施的探讨

摘　　要：喷燃器附近水冷壁磨损泄漏事故较为常见。以HG670t/h锅炉水冷壁典型磨损为实例,介绍了各种喷燃器的布置以及运行状况,对水冷壁磨损进行了分析,提出了防止水冷壁磨损的综合技术措施。Wear and leakage of water piping system in the direct flow burnerboiler are common.By the example of water piping system in HG 670t/h, introduces the arrangements and operation conditions of different burners,analyses the wear of water piping system,puts forward the measures to protect it from wear.
