摘　　要：危机的发生和处理是对政府信息资源管理体制创新的一大推动。本文以SARS的发生揭示我国政府信息管理体系中存在的缺陷,提出了建设一个能提供信息资源共享、信息综合分析和动态信息集中管理服务,多个子系统集成的危机信息管理系统的方案,对完善我国政府危机信息资源的高效管理有一定的借鉴意义。Emergence and treatment of the crisis can promote system innovation on government's IRM by SARS occurring. This paper announces the defect existing in the information management system of our government, then it has put forward the scheme of the crisis information management system of several subsystem integration, the system can provide service such as information resource - sharing, information comprehensive analysis and Centralized management of the dynamic information. This paper has Certain reference meaning to perfect our government's IRM of crisis.
