摘　　要：本文从波特的竞争优势理论出发,依据企业价值链基本活动和五大竞争作用力与竞争优势的关系,从五个方面具体分析了信息技术的利用将如何帮助企业成功获取竞争优势,并说明信息技术只是一种手段和工具,企业必须走出信息技术的误区,在应用信息技术的同时,依靠管理和创新获取竞争优势。此外,企业还应该重视相应的组织变革和人才的管理。According to Potter′s competitive advantage theory, this paper analyzes how to utilize the information technology to help enterprises obtain the competitive advantage. The information technology is only tool, enterprises must go out of the mistaken idea of the information technology. While using the information technology, enterprises should also rely on management and innovation to obtain the competitive advantage. In addition, enterprises should pay attention to the corresponding organizational change and talents management.
