摘　　要：选择合适的优质砂源和冲填工艺、合理安排冲填流程是保证填海造陆建筑场地地基均匀的前提 ,针对冲填后的场地上采用排水固结预处理是提高地基承载能力、降低地基沉降量的重要措施。In order to ensure the uniformity of filling,excellent sand source and the stowing techniques are selected and stowing procedure is arranged properly,then it may increase soil bearing capability and degrade foundation settlement by means of drain and consolidation treatment.
