摘　　要：本文介绍了输电线路平断面图的特点和绘制时对不同地物地貌的综合取舍以及对风偏、交叉跨越的处理。阐述了基于ＨＥＬＡＶＡ数字摄影测量系统的数字平断面成图方法,详细说明了其中从数字地面模型(ＤＴＭ)提取断面的计算方法。This article introduces the characteristic of the plane and profile in the power transmission line engineeing and the accept or reject after analysis by synthesis when doing with all kinds of ground object in protracting. Some method to solve professional problem in electric power design are mentioned, such as wind departure, crossspan. There are some expatia-tion on technique based on HELAVA full digital photogrammetry system by which the digital plan and profile is created in this article. In the end, it illuminate the program for extraction profile data from digital terrain model (DTM) at length.
