摘　　要：在“9.11”事件噩梦周年之际人们不仅仅在于要为这座 2 0世纪的世界建筑经典致哀 ,更重要的是它启示我们要呼唤起一种建筑设计的精神即城市超高层建筑防意外事件的能力。At the anniversary of the September 11 nightmare, we should not only pay condolences to the victims and the architectural wonder of the 20th century, but also get the important message that contingency capabilities of skyscrapers should be greatly improved. Against this background, this paper puts forward some fundamental ideas concerning the construction of urban contingency system.
