摘　　要：金融业混业经营已经成为国际金融业发展的大趋势 ,我国金融业也已存在这一趋势 ,而且目前的分业经营体制已一定程度上束缚了金融业的发展。最后本文阐述了我国选择混业经营体制即将面临的问题 。Mixed management has become the developing trend of international finance industry and China is also catching up, since the current segregated management system constrains its development in some degree. The paper points out the problems China's finance industry is facing when mixed management system is adopted.
