人血清格列吡嗪高效液相色谱测定方法的研究

摘　　要：采用HPLC法测定人血清格列吡嗪药物浓度 ,色谱柱为LichrosorbSi6 0 5 μm 15 0× 4.6mmI.D。流动相为甲醇 :水=5 0 :5 0 ,流速 1ml/min。二极管阵列检测器检测波长为 2 75nm。进样量为 2 0 μl。该方法灵敏度较高 ,检测速度快 ,精密度和回收率均可满足测定血清格列吡嗪浓度的要求。A high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of glipizide in human serum has been developed.The glipizide were successfully seperated on a Lichrosorb Si60(5μm 150×4.6mm I.D)using methanol-water(50:50,volume ratio)as mobile phase at flow rate 1ml/min and detected at 275nm. This method is fast,sensitive,accurate and suitable for the analysis of tlipizide in serum and other samples.
