摘　　要：本文从南昌航空工业学院多年来在学风建设方面所做的主要工作和取得的积极成果出发 ,系统地论述了学风建设对人才培养质量的重要作用 ,得出了优良学风是培养高质量人才的根本保证的基本结论 ,并对如何培育优良学风进行了积极的思考 ,提出了相应的对策。Based on the main measures and great achievements in the construction of academic atmosphere and discipline of Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology these years,this paper tells us the importance of the construction of academic atmosphere and discipline in talent-training.And then it comes to the basic conclusion that good academic atmosphere and discipline is a cardinal guarantee of training high-quality talents.In the paper,the authors have also given careful consideraton to the question of how to cultivate good academic atmosphere and discipline.And finally they have produced appropriate measures to solve this question.
