摘　　要：随着中国市场导向的经济体制改革的深化,电力行业的体制改革也纳入实质性操作阶段。引入竞争机制,推动国内电力市场尽快与国际电力市场接轨,是增强国内电力企业竞争实力的重要措施。文章在讨论了经济全球化背景下世界电力体制改革的基础上,着重分析中国电力行业改革的模式、产生的影响,以及以企业并购为特征的资本运营趋势。As the market-oriented reform in China is being deepened, the reform of its electricity industry's system has come to the stage of the substantial implementation. Introducing the competition mechanism and promoting China's power market to reach the standards of the international power markets is an important measure to strengthen the competitive capability of China's power enterprises. This paper focuses its discussion on the models of the reform in China's electricity industry, the impacts of the reform and M&A trend of the power enterprises with the globalization as a background of the discussion.
