摘　　要：辽宁省作为我国最重要的重化工业基地,在改革开放的过程中结构调整缓慢,经济增长落后于东南沿海地区,其原因是多方面的。面对重振老工业基地的艰巨任务,如何进一步调整产业结构与深化产业升级,是辽宁省面临的关键性问题。文章通过对改革开放后20余年辽宁省产业结构的演变分析,总结得出辽宁省产业结构调整过程中的主要问题,并提出解决对策。Liaoning Province,served as one of the most important heavy and chemical industrial base, lagged behind the southeast coastal areas in economic growth and industrial structure adjustment over the past 20 years. Facing the hard tasks of rebuilding the industrial base, one of the key issues to solve the problem is how to upgrade the industry and optimize the adjustment of the industrial structure. This paper focuses its discussion on the evolutionary history of Liaoning industrial adjustment, major issues facing the adjustment process and possible solutions to these issues.
