摘　　要：坚持德法并举是社会各界对学术风气建设努力探索的结果。在学术风气建设中坚持德法并举是社会对法律和道德关系科学认识的结果,是现实情势所需,也是国际社会通行做法。考虑到我国传统伦理法文化的特殊性,学术风气建设过程中的德法兼治应当遵循“以法除劣扬善,以德正本清源”的构建路线。Adhering to the combination of virtue and law in the development of enhancing academic atmosphere is the outcome that all walks of life have been exploring,the result that the society has come to understand the relationship between virtue and law scientifically,the needs of realistic conditions,and the current practice throughout international community.In view of the particularities existing in the Chinese traditional culture of ethics and law,the combination of virtue and law in the construction of enhancing academic atmosphere should follow a constructive route in which 'law is used to punish the evil and encourage the good,and virtue is used to radically reform people and environment'.
