摘  要:“学年 +学分”制是根据河北工业大学实际情况进行教学管理制度改革的一种尝试。实施几年来 ,初步形成了我校人才培养的雏形 ,取得了阶段性成效 ,逐步实现了学年与学分两个阶段的融合 ;基本实现了过程管理和目标管理的结合 ;整体意识与个性发展的结合 ;使培养的学生基础理论扎实、专业面广 ;充分调动了教师和学生两方面的积极性 ,促进了优良学风的形成 。As a try,the'academic year+credit'mode has been implementing in Hebei university of Technology in recent years.A main frame for talent training procedure has been established. Fruitful stage results have been achieved,such as the merge of the academic year period and the credit period,the combination of process management and the goal management,and the combination of common demand and private characteristic development.The talents trained under this mode have had solid theoretical foundations and wide specialty adaptations.The activities of the staff and students have been stimuated effectively based upon which a good style of study has been nurtuted.The desired results of the implementation have been achieved basically.
