摘　　要：目的　报道不同类型前臂逆行岛状皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损的疗效。方法　根据皮肤缺损的部位 ,应用六种前臂逆行岛状皮瓣修复 5 5例手部软组织缺损。结果　 3例皮瓣远端部分坏死 ,成活 5 2例。经 3～ 18个月 (平均 6个月 )的随访 ,皮瓣血运、弹性、质地良好。Objective To report t he effect of repair of skin defect in hand by reve rsely pedicled transfer of six types of forearm flap.Methods According t o the loc ation of skin defect,fifty-five cases wi th skin defect in hnad were repaired by reversely pedicled transfer of six types of forearm flap.Results Fifty-t wo flaps survived.Followed-up for 6 months(3～18 m o nths),The blood supply,elasticity and te xture of flaps were fine.Conclusion Reve rsely pedicled transfer of six types of forearm flap was relatively optimal in r epairing hand skin defect.
