摘　　要：目的　探讨臂丛神经及肌皮神经损伤后 ,以胸大肌转位重建屈肘功能的方法。方法　应用胸大肌转位代肱二头肌重建屈肘功能共 12例。结果　本组病人有 11例随访 ,随访时间 1～ 6年 ,效果满意。Objective To introdu ce the met hods of reconstructing elbow flexion by musculus pectoralis major transfer after brachial plexus injury.Methods 12 patie nts with brachial plexus injuries were r ec onstructed elbow flexion by musculus pec toralis major transfer.Results 1 1 patien ts were follow-up from 1to 6 years,and h ad achieved good results.Conclusion It is a effective metho d to reconstruct elbow flexion.
