大型垂直定向凝固钢锭凝固过程数值模拟

摘　　要：采用顶注式对20MnMo钢进行定向凝固的试验,通过对试验结果解剖分析得出缩松缩孔缺陷出现的区域范围。同时通过PROCAST软件对试验过程进行了模拟。分析得出的缩松缩孔缺陷产生深度与实际情况基本相符。Through the dissection of an directional solidification experiment,which is made by top pouring 20 MnMo steel,the shrinkage porosity and shrinkage cavity are located and their size are measured.Meanwhile a numerical simulation of the experiment is carried out by using Procast,a modern casting simulation software,during which the position and size of shrinkage porosity and shrinkage cavity is analyzed,whose result accords with that of the experiment.
