摘　　要：社会技术在本质上表现为方法、手段、技巧、经验等,它的研究范围和对象集中在人与人、人与社会关系的层面,社会技术的目的和功能在于整合重组社会关系,规范社会交往,从而解决社会问题,促进社会发展。社会技术以体制、政策、制度、规范、程序等不同形态广泛地外化于社会关系各领域,与社会科学、自然技术、社会工程、技术社会化等既有联系,又有区别,对社会的稳定和发展有重大的价值和作用。This paper elaborates the concept, essence and characteristics of social technology, analyzes the relations between social technology and social science, social technology and social engineering, social technology and technological socialization, and explores the value and significance of the innovation of social technology.
