摘　　要：克拉霉素对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌和乙型溶血性链球菌感染小鼠有明显的治疗作用,其作用强度按等效剂量算,比红霉素强5～11.7倍,而对大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌感染治疗无效。Antibacterial effects of Clarithromycin were studied in vivo. It showed that Clarithromycin had evident therapeutic effects on infective mice with gram-positive bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumo-niae and Streptococcus hemolyticus. The potency was 5-11.7 times higher than that of erythromycin when the same dosage was used. However, it had no effect against gram-negative bacteria.
