腹部手术后患者使用中药热疗腹带后的肠电图变化

摘　　要：目的:评价“中药热疗腹带”对腹部手术后患者肠功能恢复的疗效。方法:用ECEG-2D4型智能胃肠电图仪测定了30例患者使用该热疗腹带前后体表升、横、降结肠和直肠电图。结果:1.各检测肠段的电控制波(electrical control activity,ECA)在使用前后出现显著差异。2.各检测肠段的连续电反应活动波(continuedelectrical response activity),在使用前后出现显著差异,用药后CERA显著增多。3.各肠段的收缩电综合波(con-tractive electrical complex,CEC)随着使用该腹带时间的延长出现例数逐渐增多。结论:“中药热疗腹带”可使腹部手术后患者结肠运动增强,特别是对长时间无向前推进运动的增强,这有助于手术患者肠功能的恢复。To evaluate the curative effect of the heat traditional Chinese medicine abdominal belt. Method: The colonic electrogram of the abdominal postoperattive patients was detected when they were treated with the heat traditional Chinese medicine abdominal belt. Results:①The ECA (electrical control activity) have notable difference between before and after treatment.②The CERA (continued electrical response activity) have notable dif- ference too, the CERA have a notable increase after treatment. ③The colonic CEC (contractive electrical complex) is more with the treatment time is longer. Conclusion: The heat traditional Chinese midicine abdominal belt can promote intestinal movement, specially for continued istestinal movement.
