摘　　要：分析了提高转炉冷料比的意义,介绍了提高转炉冷料比的主要技术,提出了不同类型的钢厂应采取的提高转炉冷料比的主要手段。The paper analyses the significance of promoting the rate of cold melt in converter introduces the technology of promoting the rate of cold melt,comes up with the main measures to promote the rate of cold rate which should be taken in different type of steel mill.
