摘　　要：本文主要通过扫描电镜对 45 # 优质碳素钢的疲劳损伤过程进行断口及显微组织分析 ,研究了疲劳裂纹萌生的位置、形状、扩展过程和扩展途径 ,确定出了微裂纹开始形成时的循环次数。The fracture morphography and the microstructure of 45 # carbon steel in the fatigue damage were analyzed through SEM.The original location and the shape and the growthing way of the fatigue micro-cracks were studied.The cycle in the initial formation of the microcracks was confirmed.
