摘　　要：本文对球面型超声波电动机的工作原理、基本结构、基本方程式进行了讨论。在此基础上 ,对所采用的行波型超声波电动机的结构、工作原理及定位进行了研究。仿真和实验结果表明 :所提方案是切实可行的。The working principle,basic structure and basic equation to the spherical ultrasonic motor are discussed in the paper.Based on this,the structure,working principle and fixation of the traveling wave ultrasonic motor are researched.The results of imitation and experiment indicate that the suggestion is feasible.
