摘　　要：本文以圆柱齿轮减速器为研究对象 ,综合运用机械模糊优化理论 ,解决了通用圆柱齿轮减速器设计中的常见问题———设计参数的不确定性和约束条件的模糊性 ,提出了以圆柱齿轮减速器体积为最小值的模糊优化设计目标函数 ,并建立了该问题的数学模型 ,对其进行了模糊优化分析和计算。In this paper,the mechanical fuzzy optimal theory is used to solve the usual problem risen in the design of the cylinder gear reducer.This kind of problem is often the incorrect design parameter and the fuzziness of restrain condition.The calculation formula is set up and it has been used in the fuzzy optimal analysis and calculation.
